Our Story
Vitality Transport EMS was founded in 2022 by V. Kelly, a professional whose career in emergency medical services spans more than a decade, including five years of service as a firefighter. The company grew from her decision to move beyond supporting EMS agencies across the Atlanta metro area and step into the responsibility of building an organization that reflects her own standards, values, and long-term vision for the profession.
Her day-to-day work in the field made clear that excellent patient care, consistent professionalism, and a supportive workplace are not optional; they are the backbone of quality emergency service. Vitality Transport EMS was created to embody those principles without compromise.

Kelly’s motivations were shaped by years of responding to emergency calls, watching teams succeed or struggle based on leadership and culture. She saw how proper patient care depends not only on technical skill but on a workplace that respects its medics, upholds the dignity of the people it serves, and maintains ethical standards even under pressure. Building her own EMS company meant having the freedom to solidify those commitments and set a model for others—an environment where EMS professionals can grow, honor their dedication to the field, and be held to clear expectations rooted in integrity.
Part of that vision includes creating something sustainable that she can share with her family and pass on to the next generation.
Her academic background reinforces her approach. With degrees in criminal justice and exercise science, she brings a structured understanding of public safety alongside a deep knowledge of health, fitness, and human performance. Her experience in athletics and personal training strengthened her focus on discipline, wellness, team-centered effort, and the physical and mental resilience required in emergency response work.
These influences shape company culture: a place where readiness, accountability, wellness, and mutual support are expected, not encouraged as afterthoughts.
